We spent Christmas with all of Brian's family. What do you get when you mix 8 siblings in one house with their families for Christmas? A somewhat crazy, but fun Christmas celebration. This was the first time in years that everyone has been together. It was fun,but definitely a lot louder than we are used to. We all spent Christmas Eve together. We did a movie White Elephant which was a fun way to do a gift exchange with so many people. We ended up with Toy Story, which we had been wanting to get. Then we read the Christmas story in the scriptures and sang Christmas songs. This was a great end to the night, helping us remember the true meaning of Christmas. About half of the group stayed overnight in a hotel and then came over Christmas morning. It was fun seeing all of Brinley's cousins open their presents and get excited. Brinley had a lot of fun as well. She enjoyed walking around, yes walking, and getting to know everyone. She especially loved these sunglasses. She would have someone put them on and then she would walk around for a little while before pulling them off. Then she would hand them to someone, usually Brian's nephew Justin, to put back on her. It was really cute.
